Salute To Service 5K
Join us on Saturday, November 7, 2026, for the inaugural Kenly Salute to Service 5K, a community 5K Run/Walk
the men and women who have served and continue to serve our country.
Hosted by the Kenly American Legion and Kenly Parks & Recreation, this event is designed to bring runners,
walkers, families, veterans, and community members together for a morning of fitness, fellowship, and patriotism.
The race will feature a professionally timed 5K course, custom race shirts, finisher medals, age-group awards, and
special recognition of our local veterans. Whether you're an experienced runner looking to compete for a
fast time or simply want to walk or run in honor of a veteran, we invite you to be part of this special event.

Distance: 5K Run/Walk
a special Veterans recognition ceremony. We encourage participants to run in honor or memory of a
veteran who has made a difference in their life.
